The monetary incentive had no bearing whatsoever on 22-year-old Abbigail Bugenske, who got the shot months ago and called it an easy decision to make.
On the other hand, 14-year-old Joseph Costello, who met the governor Wednesday night after his name was announced, got vaccinated this past Saturday in order to be in the first scholarship pool.
