EACH CLASS.

•You will do up to 4500 steps per class.
•You will burn up to 1000 calories per class.

Our mature minded, Peeps that like to Workout during the day & Parents with young children not at school, our daytime classes are awesome for keep the mind & body healthy & strong, slimming down, toning up & meet new people..

I have been teaching ZUMBA Classes since 2011.
I have enjoyed dance & movement all my life.
I do not enjoy working out or going to a gym - so I have always had a physical career to keep me in check :) .
I have been a Dance Teacher, Aerial Artist/ Distance Education Teacher/Truck Driver & Magicians Assistant.
I have a Dance, Drama & Physical Education background..

I love bringing a smile to peoples faces & having a great chat :).
.
I decided to be a ZUMBA Instructor to stay fit & healthy, incorporate everything I love into my work whilst bring happiness to people in my community through fitness..
I am a full-time MUM to our 2 awesome kids, Part-time Builders Labourer & YOUR ZUMBA Instructor.

ZUMBA fitness classes helped me lose 10kg of my pregnancy weight.
ZUMBA Toning classes helped me lose my "mumma belly" and 2 dress sizes.
I did all this by consistently doing 3 ZUMBA classes per week.
