Detailed description is Zumba Fitness Dance Party Hi, I'm Julie! . . I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Licensed Zumba Instructor. My ZUMBA Classes incorporate fun, fitness based dance routines set to fun, energetic music. Once the music starts, the fun begins. With songs and moves that get your heart pumping. This 50 minute class is designed to burn fat and strengthen your core while burning fat. The moves can be modified to accomodate a begginner as well as the seasoned Zumba veteran. I pride myself on relatively simple routines that are fun and packed with core moves. You don't have to be a dancer to have fun in my class. As long as something is jiggling...you are doing it right!! . . One hour classes run in six week segments but are ongoing. Anyone can start up at any time. . . I also teach Zumba in the Circuit at several Curves locations. The Curves Circuit is a 30 minute part machine, part Zumba workout that is fun and effective.. . One hour Zumba classes are an energetic mix of cardio dance and overall body toning with emphasis on core strength and large muscle sculpting.. .
