Detailed description is Karrin Ridley, licensed Zumba (R) Fitness Instructor This page is intended to give information and motivation to participants of fitness classes with Karrin Ridley.
I have been teaching Zumba (R) fitness classes since March of 2012.
I currently teach 4 classes a week in 3 different locations.
Tuesdays at 6 pm at Shasta's Cheer Center in South Pittsburg, TN, Wednesdays at 6 pm at Core Fitness in Scottsboro, AL, Thursdays at 6 pm at North Jackson High School in Stevenson, and Saturdays at 9:30 am at North Jackson High School in Stevenson, AL.
The cost of classes at all locations (except Core Fitness) is $4.00 a class; your first class is free.
At Core Fitness, the cost is $7 a class, or free to members.
