Görev yaptığı sürede Bartın’a AK Parti hükümetlerinin avantajlarını yaşattı. 2,5 milyar lira tutarındaki kamu yatırımının Bartın’a kazandırılmasında ve 2,5 milyar lira tutarında yeni yatırımın da programa alınarak inşa aşamasına gelmesinde öncülük etti.
