Detailed description is Beykoz Belediye Başkanı www.yucelcelikbilek.com.tr.1951 yılında Kars’ta doğdu. 1956 yılından beri Beykoz’da oturuyor. Gümüşsuyu Fatin Hoca İlkokulu’nu, Beykoz Ortaokulu’nu, Kadıköy Ticaret Lisesi’ni, İstanbul İktisadi ve Ticari İlimler Akademisi ile Mahalli İdareler Enstitüsü’nü bitirdi.. İstanbul Üniversitesi İktisat Fakültesi’nde mahalli idarelerle ilgili yüksek lisans çalışması yaptı. 1985 yılından itibaren yönetim kurulu üyeliğini yaptığı Türkiye’nin en önemli sivil toplum kuruluşlarından İlim Yayma Cemiyeti’nin, 2002–2004 yılları arasında başkanlığını üstlendi. Kurucu üyesi olduğu İlim Yayma Vakfı’nın da başkanlığını sürdürmektedir. . . 1989–1994 yılları arasında Refah Partisi Beykoz İlçe Başkanlığı yaptı. 1994 yılında Beykoz Belediye Başkanlığı görevine seçildi. Görevde bulunduğu süre içerisinde Beykoz’un her köşesinde önemli hizmetlerin yapılmasının yanı sıra, borçsuz bir belediye devretti. 1999 yılından itibaren 10 yıl süreyle İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye’sinde Başkan Danışmanı ve Yerel Yönetimler Koordinatörü olarak görev yaptı. 15 seneyi aşkın yerel yönetim tecrübesiyle birçok başarılı projeye imza attı.. AK Parti İstanbul İl Başkanlığı kurucuları arasında yer aldı. Mali ve İdari İşlerden Sorumlu İl Başkan Yardımcılığı görevini yürüttü.. . 29 Mart 2009 tarihinde yapılan yerel seçimlerde, halkın büyük teveccühüyle AK Parti'den Beykoz Belediye Başkanlığına seçildi
