At the Yukon Women’s MidLife Health Clinic, we practice collaborative health care, where the right professionals work together to meet patients’ health care needs. We have a nurse practitioner who will consult with physicians and a variety of other health professionals.. . Our clinic welcomes patients without family doctors. We also accept patients who have been referred by their family doctors and other health professionals. . . Patients can access the clinic by making an appointment during the day or during evening clinic. Due to low drop in numbers and high demand for booked appointments, the clinic will no longer offer drop in but rather will have booked appointments only Thursday evenings from 5-7. . .
