We will start with a Vinyasa Yoga Class on the private deck overlooking the lake and surrounded by the serenity of nature.
I'll guide you through a fun class suitable for all levels (including beginners).
Afterwards I'll guide you through an extended relaxation.
Feel free to stay for a while and enjoy the space, meditate or just listen to the sounds of the birds and the trees.
After that we will head up to the estate where breakfast will be waiting for us.
After breakfast feel free to take a dip in the pool, so bring your swimmers too.
