I have been teaching in the health and fitness industry for over 21 years, including periods of teaching overseas as an aerobic instructor.
My love for health and fitness led me to discover yoga and I have been practicing and studying it's ancient teachings for the past 9 years.

My teaching style integrates Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, meditation and traditional philosophies of yoga.

Wed 9.30-11am Beginners Myofascial Alignment Technique (M.A.T) with Quinn.
