Detailed description is Providing yoga sessions for individuals, couples and small groups - any age! St Augustine & Nearby Towns! Sessions are in your home or outdoors your choice I teach gentle yoga and hatha yoga in your home or outdoors at one of the beautiful beaches or local parks! Individuals or 2-4 people.
Will also teach a session especially for wedding parties the morning of your wedding on the beach or at a park upon special request..

I have taught men and women yoga students from 15 to 75 yrs old.
This is gentle yoga not power yoga..

During your sessions, the focus is YOU so you can concentrate on breathing, stretching and learning the poses properly.

Your lessons will include gentle yoga and Hatha poses and end with 10 minutes of peaceful meditation.
Through breathing techniques and yoga poses you will learn how to strengthen your mid section and tone up your body naturally.
