I run yoga classes in Stanley Bridge, PEI all summer! For Summer 2017, classes are held Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8am on the deck of Carr's Oyster Bar - it's a spectacular view of New London Bay.
If it's raining the classes are held at the Women's Institute Hall at the corner in Stanley Bridge - it's the yellow building that runs the great ceilidh's every night! Classes are suitable for all levels - come out regardless of your previous experience with yoga! I have plenty of yoga mats and other props that you can borrow for class.
