Classes vary from a Yoga Flow which is mainly for beginners and improvers, Power Yoga flow for improvers, intermediate and advanced practitioners and Yin Yoga for all levels.. . Incorporated Yoga styles include: Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow, Hatha, Power and Yin Yoga. . . WIth over 10 years Yoga experience, over 2000hrs training and 6 years teaching experience, Matthew is currently teaching in locations around the Sligo area including Sligo town, Rosses Point and Strandhill. Also teaching on Yoga retreats in mainland Europe throughout the year.. .
