As a student under Vakny Chonmany for over two years now, I have witnessed a monumental change in my life both physically and mentally.
Training has improved my balance, coordination, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and mental alertness and tranquility.
I began my training with no past Martial Art experience.
Currently, I am in my undergraduate program for Sports Medicine with a concentration in Physical Therapy.
My aim in running this club is to improve your well being the same way mine has.
