At the beginning of the evening each attending guest contributes a minimum $10 donation and nominates an individual, child, or family who has experienced an unforeseen financial, health, or catastrophic event. Towards the end of the evening we pick from the nominations and whomever is chosen is gifted the money collected. The more people that attend each month, the more money we can donate to support people in our community who have been affected by a catastrophic, life altering event. We are local people, helping local families, supporting local businesses!. . So how can you help? The individual, child, or family nominated must be in great need or distress from medical circumstances, sickness, displacement from their home, or similar life-altering events.. . Women With A Purpose, Inc. was Founded in December 2009. Since its inception, the organization has a membership of OVER 2,300 local women and men and has raised thousands of dollars! We look for opportunities to increase awareness, membership and funding within our community and hope you will help with our mission!
