Detailed description is Evangelist whom is a disabled combat veteran.. He & his wife opened the crawfish stand to fund their mission trips around the world.. We sell boiled crawfish and live crawfish. . In the 2016 crawfish season we will be adding crawfish etoufee and boiled shrimp to the menu.. We opened the crawfish drive through stand because it is seasonal. It is open about 6 months out of the year (Jan or Feb- end of June or the beginning of July). . The end of July-Dec is freed up to do missions work around the world (USA, Africa, India, Honduras, and Mexico). We share the love of Christ..
