Detailed description is Westbrook Jiu Jitsu is open to all ages 4 & UP. We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, fitness for self defense and sport. Come try a FREE class! Westbrook Jiu Jitsu is a traditional Jiu Jitsu academy serving the community and surrounding areas of Swedesboro, NJ. The areas of instruction include Traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Greco, Freestyle, and Folk style Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, and Tai Chi. The mission of Westbrook Jiu Jitsu is to offer a clean, safe, and inspiring environment for interested students to learn and live a healthy and safe lifestyle. A student of Westbrook Jiu Jitsu will learn to control and defend themselves in many different life situations and will also learn the history behind the various arts being taught to them. The school promotes competition and several students and instructors compete regularly in Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling Tournaments both locally and nationally.
