A festa We Love Beats começou com a união de três amigos DJs que decidiram criar um blog apenas para compartilhar músicas que gostavam e tocavam nas "We Love House Party" (festas realizadas por Marco Gargiulo e amigos), assim como edits, remix, bootlegs, e mashups dos anos 80, rock, hip-hop, indie e house, tudo de forma independente e sem uma programação diária.
Com o passar do tempo, e um novo socio, Mega Kelly, o blog e suas festas foram ganhando mais popularidade até realizar festas mensais na Casa 92, local onde atualmente está sediada o projeto..
