The Society serves the village of Slocan as well as the outlying rural communities of the Slocan Valley, a service area which encompasses most of area H of the regional district of Central Kootenay.

Our Facility is home of the Slocan Youth Centre, The Slocan Valley Food Cupboard, Valhalla Children's Centre, And the Slocan Learning Centre.
All of which are programs operated by WEGCSS.
We also operate a seniors Luncheon Program, and Summer Day Camp.
WEGCSS administrates, and facilitates other community programs in our facility, and surrounding community.
