We also assist with other health disparities WECAHN promotes health and wellness in our communities by offering prevention education, testing and counseling, access to care, and support services for people infected, affected or at high risk for HIV/AIDS, STD's and other health disparities such as diabetes, smoking cessation, blood pressure, obesity, heart disease and overall healthy living.
