Detailed description is A youth community of mindfulness practitioners enjoying the teachings and practices taught by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh & Plum Village HK.
We practise together to nourish peace and happiness :) WHO WE ARE.

Wake Up Hong Kong is a community of young people, aged 18-35, who are inspired by the teachings and practices taught by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village Hong Kong Sangha.
We come together to practice mindful living in order to nourish peace and happiness within ourselves and contribute to a healthy and compassionate society.

Wake Up Hong Kong is part of and under the supervision of "Plum Village Foundation Hong Kong - The Asian Institute of Applied Buddhism".
Receiving direct education and guidance from Plum Village Hong Kong Monastic Brothers and Sisters, our facilitators share voluntary sessions of basic mindfulness practice with young friends aged 18-35.

Our seeds in Hong Kong and around the world sprouting upon participating the International Youth Retreat in Plum Village, France.
Youth aged 18-30 who joined Plum Village Hong Kong practices started to gather regularly at quarterly retreats, bi-weekly group practice sessions, and monthly Day of Mindfulness at Hong Kong Institute of Education..
