Participation in the competition on the Facebook page “Volkswagen Garage Sound” is only possible with the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated below. This competition is not affiliated with Facebook and is neither supported nor organized in any way by Facebook. Facebook is not available as a contact for this competition.. . 2 Timing and Implementation. The competition will be organized on the Facebook channel “Volkswagen Garage Sound” from 18th of May 2017 and will expire on 21st of May 2017 at 11:59 pm. The winner will be identified until 22nd of May 2017 by random selection and notified immediately. Participants agree, that in case of winning the competition via the “Volkswagen Garage Sound” channel, they will be informed directly via the Facebook @-function. The contact only takes place in case of winning.. . 3 Participation Requirements. All natural and competent persons aged at least 18 years, who have permanent residence in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland or Turkey are entitled to participate. Persons, who have a permanent residence in Italy or persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate. Employees of the Volkswagen AG-Marketing-Organization and employees of the advertising agency DOJO are excluded from participation.. Participants who try to manipulate the competition can be excluded from participation. A payout of the price to participants under the age of 18 and to persons which have been expressly excluded, will not take place under any circumstances. . The price comprises 1x2 tickets for the Volkswagen Garage Sound concert on a boat during the GTI Treffen Wörthersee on 25th of May, a return flight for the winner and a person of his choice (for the avoidance of doubt: economy class return flight from an airport close to the winner’s residence to Austria), and one night in a double room in an Austrian hotel (duration of trip: 25th to 26th of May). Booking and payment of flight and hotel will be done by Volkswagen AG. The price cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is not-transferable, even if the concert is cancelled. There is no right of legal appeal. The notified winners have the obligation to respond within 24 hours maximum. If the winner fails to respond within 24 hours, the price will be forfeited without the right of replacement.. . 5 Concert . Concert host is Volkswagen AG. The concert ticket only entitles the owner and one person of his choice to access the concert venue. The concert ticket has to be kept safe to avoid misuse by third parties. In case that this ticket will be sold or transferred without permission, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission. This ticket is excluded from exchange. In case of loss of the ticket or cancellation of the event there is no right of replacement. The concert host indicates every visitor that before, during and after the event both photo and video material of the artists and the visitors will be made. This material will be used on social media channels and will possibly be edited (e.g. combination with pictures, text, graphics and photo editing).. . 6 Data Protection.
