VJ's carries 100% grass finished beef cuts from Kauai and Big Island, organic chicken from Big Island, wild caught venison from Molokai, pastured gmo free pork from Oahu and Oregon, Ami Ebi shrimp wild caught off Lanai and a large assortment of wild caught fish from the Islands.
VJ's also makes jerky, bacon, sausage and deli meats in house.
