I am passionate about health and fitness and hope to help educate and support people to be stronger and healthier individuals. . . I have always been an active person who is very interested in staying fit and healthy. When I was younger I started experiencing a lot of pain in my joints. Doctors could not work out the exact reason and told me I would have to stay on medication to keep the pain away and offered no alternative solutions. Being very frustrated I started my own investigation into how else I could manage the pain. Through managing my diet and exercising more effectively I can now say I experience nearly no pain.. . My own journey has inspired me to want to help others to overcome their own limitations and boundaries and be healthier, more confident and stronger individuals mentally and physically. . .
