Tue-Sat 9-3 VBS Zanesville Campus was originally founded in 1959 by Mr Richard Weston and Mr Ben Tennen and was known as Richard Weston School of Beauty Culture. In 1968 Mr Weston's interest was purchased by Mr Tennen and the name was changed to Carousel Beauty College. In 1973, the college was sold to Mr & Mrs Robert O'Connel and in 1975 was purchased by Mr Robert Holland.. . . VBS Cambridge Campus was established in 1962 by Ruth Conrad and was later purchased by Mr Tom Orr, who had 17 yrs experience as owner/operator of Modern Movements along with Connie Warren, owner of Southeastern Salon Supplies, Zanesville.. . Mr Robert Bhavnani, who was a veteran of post-secondary education fulfilled his dream and purchased VBS Zanesville School in April 1995 and VBS Cambridge in 2004.. .
