General membership meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month except for November, when the meeting is held the week prior to Thanksgiving.
A picnic is traditionally held during the June meeting and meetings are not held in July or August.
Each meeting typically begins with a short session to conduct the club's business, followed by a demonstration or other instructive or social activity.
Membership meetings are open to the public.
