It is a brand new, exclusive, very posh, 1500 square feet two bedroom, dining, and kitchen with a yoga/meditation room as you enter.
The interiors are architect designed with stylish furniture.
There are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
We offer king sized cots for both the rooms.
There is a lift to the third floor with power backup.
There is a covered car park.
We have a yoga/meditation room instead of a formal living.
There are two lovely road facing balconies.
One faces a neem tree the other a banyan tree.
Both the bathrooms are state of the art.
In the kitchen are offering a fridge, microwave, electric rice cooker and an electric induction stove.

There are three flats in the building.
Ground floor is car park, first floor is being occupied by the old landowners who are a lovely family.
The second floor also belongs to them which they have rented out to an office.
We are the third floor.
The Vaibhavam office is also on the same floor as the homestay..

The Homestay is on the top floor and has access to the rooftop offering beautiful views of the Chennai Skyline.
