Located in Coe Hill, Ontario, Canada I live in a small cabin in the woods just south of Bancroft Ontario with my husband. We live very simply...on solar power and wood heat. I am surrounded by nature at its finest and appreciate every single moment of my surroundings.. . My greatest inspiration comes from my memories of Algonquin Park and the miles I paddled with my father throughout the interior. I am also deeply inspired by the interplay of light and color and their capacity to project into a space and change that space throughout a single day.. . All my works -- whether they are small or large, destined for public institutions, private residences, or galleries are products of my relationship to the world that surrounds me. . My work with stained glass began only recently. However, I have over thirty years of painting behind me. While I have taken a few classes with glass artists, I am primarily self-taught.. . I hope to enlighten and inspire you with the beauty of the natural world.. . Please note that this art is NOT glass paint. Neither is it fused glass. There is no kiln involved..
