Detailed description is We are family owned and operated business, we specialize in smoked BBQ and many other types of foods. We cater parties, weddings and help with fundraisers. Family owned / operated food catering business. We’ve lived in the High Desert here 10+ years. We started our business in August of 2015, and then started doing farmers markets as a food vendor in February of this year. We have been smoking, grilling, and cooking great foods for a very long time, so we figured let's bring our great food from our families recipes and share them with the people we meet. A list of things we do besides our BBQ is, American (Traditional), Burgers, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, Israeli, Mexican, Southern, Vegan/ Vegetarian, Tex-Mex, and Indian. Anyone can say that stuff is easy to make, but the only thing is they’ve never tried our food to taste the time, love, and effort we put into it. We did say “Vegan/ Vegetarian” our company believes our menu should cater to anyone's needs. The reason we do “Vegan/ Vegetarian” is because my wife is a vegetarian , and it's a house with 4 meat eating guy’s, you really don't want anyone feeling left out like my wife, so we understand what it like for people that have to hunt down people that make “Vegan/ Vegetarian” food . We use all organic and non-GMO produce, we also have gluten-free options, and the meat is Grass-fed Black Angus and free-range chickens, and the produce we do purchase is from a CFM. Our company believes in feeding the less fortunate, so if you know anyone that’s hungry send them our way, and the food is on the house. We do Veterans/Active duty discount “We support our Troops”.. . . . .
