UW has our own programs in each of those areas: Kindergarten Countdown, helping children who are not ready for school, Getting Ahead and Bridges Out of Poverty, helping those raised in generational poverty reach their potential, and Familywize prescription discount cards which are savings local folks $100 K per year.
