O grande salto de evolução foi em 2005, com a construção de Hospital Unimed Birigui. São mais de 5 mil m² de área construída para atender o cliente Unimed com qualidade e segurança. A partir daí a Unimed Birigui não parou mais de crescer.. Mais uma vez, viu-se a necessidade de um espaço ainda maior que atende-se o cliente Unimed com comodidade, por isso em 2012, a sede administrativa mudou de prédio passando a se chamar Centro Administrativo Unimed (CAU) e conta com 20 salas em distribuídas em mais de 4 mil m², além de salão de eventos, auditório e estacionamento.
