We're a small, family owned martial arts school based out of Mays Landing, New Jersey.
We pride ourselves in keeping our curriculum traditional and focused on the students rather than the business.
We teach mostly Tae Kwon Do, but as you progress in your training you will learn some basics of Judo and Hapkido as well.
We train with traditional World Tae Kwon Do Federation forms, Olypmic Style Sparring, and also with traditional weapons such as the bo staff, nunchakus, and Samurai sword.
Here you will be certified as a martial artist with the best training possible taught by 7th Degree International Black Belt, Grandmaster Louis Parlagreco.
