Drop-In fees available for $5 per visit.. . In addition to and in conjunction with the gym, the Stamford Campus Sports Club hosts several events throughout the semester ranging from but not limited to soccer, volleyball, basketball, bowling, skiing/snowboarding, and dodgeball.. . *****FALL 2012*****. . CLASSES OFFERED:. ________________________________________________________. . Boot Camp: 45 minutes - an intense all over body workout geared for those who want their buttocks kicked.... Thursdays: 2:45pm-3:45. ________________________________________________________. . Phenomenal Abdominals (Abs): 30 minutes - stabilizing routines to help strengthen the core muscles....
