Tía Florita suma mas de 37 años de entrar a través de esa ventanita llamada televisor a los hogares de muchas amigas, (como ella les suele llamar), impartiendo magistral cátedra con inagotable sencillez pero incomparable prestancia y elegancia.. . La “Tía Florita” ha recorrido durante sus más de 8000 programas todo el argot culinario costarricense. Reza el adagio “ … Caminante no hay camino, se hace camino al andar..”, y es que no solo lo ha recorrido se ha esmerado por dejar una huella palpable en la manera de cocinar y en muchas de las recetas típicas costarricenses investigando, experimentando, comprobando y mejorando cada una de las recetas que con cariño nos trasmite.. .
