Detailed description is Providing water and sewer service throughout Tuscarawas County The Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District (TCMSD) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of four separate community water systems, 3 drinking water treatment plants, 10 water storage tanks, 4 water booster pump stations, and many miles of water distribution lines, valves and hydrants.
TCMSD also operates and maintains 5 wastewater treatment plants, as well as various sewage collection systems throughout the county, including 25 major pump stations, numerous grinder pump stations, and many miles of gravity sanitary sewer and pressure force mains.
