We have our mobile custom Double Decker bus that cruises the town, come find us! Tropiccool Gourmet Sorbet started from the recipes of my godfather’s award winning ice cream parlor, Ernest le Glacier.
Located in the beach town of La Rochelle, Ernest just recently won top small business and ice cream store in all of France.
After spending countless summers overseas in France learning the craft, I was able to bring back a piece of the legacy to my hometown of St.
Petersburg, with a twist.
Tropiccool specializes in all natural fruits and flavors with the choice of being dipped in chocolate and various toppings.
Everything is handmadefrom scratch, guaranteeing it’s freshness.
Tropiccool is mobile and event driven.
We have a modified cart complete with a freezer offering our full variety of flavors as well as a completely re-stored vintage Double Decker bus that allows customers to “chill” up top.
Tropiccool is neither your ordinary ice cream, nor your ordinart ice cream store.
