1984年生まれ。神奈川衛生学園専門学校卒業し、鍼灸マッサージ師の国家資格を取得する。.
都内ジムのボディケアルームで一般アスリートを中心にトップアスリートやアーティストのコンディショニングや治療、ランニングワークショップなどの仕事に携わる。その傍らスピードスケートショートトラック女子桜井美馬選手（2015年1月引退）のボディケアとして帯同や一般の方のコンディションサポートや治療経験を積む。生涯スポーツをテーマに掲げ、そのサポートをする為、TREATを開業させる。.

松下通信工業株式会社(現在 パナソニック株式会社).
の女子陸上競技部に所属し実業団にて競技生活を積む。.
怪我ばかりで走れなかった実業団での経験を生かそうと思い、2007年引退後すぐに神奈川衛生学園に進み、鍼灸師・あん摩マッサージ指圧師に。.
現在はトレイルランニング、ウルトラマラソンを中心にランナーとしても活動中。.
