L’entreprise fonda une filiale en 1985 : Les Transports ATD inc. En 1997, les deux entités fusionnèrent. En 1991, la compagnie se spécialisa dans le transport général pour Cascades Transports et pour les Viandes Laroche.. . Depuis 20o8, la relève est assurée par Ghislain Tessier, fils d’André.
