Growing up, I was hyperactive and naturally drawn to sports and competition, and was even recognized as “Spark Plug” and “Mr.
Fire” in my youth.
I assumed I would be recognized for the same when high school came around, but I was not so fortunate.
I was the textbook definition of the “late bloomer” as I entered freshman year as a 5’0 awkward teen.
I remember the first day of football practice, when a kid literally 3 times my size approached me and said, “I can’t wait to hit you, you’re so small.” Right then I knew it was going to be a long road.

I became the short, funny kid that made people laugh.
I depended on humor and antics to cover up the insecurity and pain I felt.
I decided if I couldn’t be as big or tall as them, I’d be as strong as them so I could endure the punishment.
Needless to say, I fell into fitness and I GREW.
I grew my determination, drive, commitment, and the height came along with it.
Fitness led me to further pursue a modeling and acting career in New York City.
Once I hit the Big Apple, I realized being the “small fish in a big pond” was no joke, and that I still had a lot to learn.
I was pursuing a career where everyone looked bigger or better, and was constantly told I was not good enough.
Regardless, I met incredible souls along this journey who helped mold me into the man I am today and helped me find what I truly want to do with my life.

When asked during a casting call where I see myself in ten years, my natural response wasn’t to make movies, but to CHANGE LIVES.
I realized then and there that I would dedicate my life to inspire others and help change their lives for the better.
