Whether you’re putting for birdie in the winter sunshine with a view of the Santa Fe Ski Mountain above or teeing off in the new greenery of the Spring, Towa can challenge the low handicappers, but offers an enjoyable experience for golfers of all levels. Towa takes advantage of the natural topography, unique rock formations and natural vegetation indigenous to the region providing excellent separation of the individual holes. The course’s fairways are a mix of Kentucky bluegrass, ryegrass, fescue roughs, and native grasses. Tees and greens are sodded with bentgrass. Elevation changes on all the courses keep every golfer on his or her toes. The final par 3 on the Boulder course drops 100 feet from the tee box to the green!. . The average green size for the course is 6,500 sq. ft., which is slightly larger than the national average of 6,300 sq. ft.
