The Center opened with 24 children. Today, Tolland Green Daycare Center is known as Tolland Green Learning Center. TGLC helps 75 families, within the Tolland area, with Early Childhood Education and Before and After School Programs for their children.. . Tolland Green Learning Center is a State Licensed, non-profit program. The Center offers 4 programs designed to meet the educational needs of the area children ranging from ages 3 to 12.
