東京都美術館では、エントランス[中央棟LBF（B1F）]を中心に、企画展示室[企画棟]、公募展示室[公募棟]、講堂[交流棟]等があります。上下階への移動には、車いす対応のエレベーターがございます。車いす対応のトイレのほかに、大人も横たわれるサイズの介助用ベッドやオストメイト対応を備えた“だれでもトイレ”もございます。.
・車いすは、総合受付[中央棟LBF（B1F）]にて無料で貸し出しをしております。台数に限りがございます。予約は承っておりませんので、空いている場合にご利用いただけます。.
・車いす対応のトイレは、各フロアにあります。総合受付、もしくはお近くの警備員までお尋ねください。.
