Public School Records indicate that more than 1,200 children with physical or cognitive limitations live in our area. We take pride in our adaptive program. Over the past year, we have taken pride in our trained and nurturing staff who knows how to customize activities so all children are participating and growing stronger. . . • We are so grateful at TNT for having the opportunity to serve . . • Each week we serve over 1,600 children & adults with many gifts and talents.. . -900+ in preschool & recreational gymnastics. -100+ in USA Team for both boys & girls. -600+ in Special Needs/ SENDCAA Headstart or Fitness. . • The TNT Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers, and the generosity of so many have been instrumental in supporting all of our programs – None of the work that we do each day would be possible without their partnerships and dedication. We are incredibly grateful for the support of the 20 area organizations that we partner with.. . • TNT is 1 out 2 facilities in the country that is “all inclusive”. . • No child has been turned away from participation for physical limitations . . • Research has shown that Childhood obesity rates for children under the age of 5 years old has hit an all time high. . . • Physical activity directly impacts preparedness to learn –It brings more oxygen to your brain so that when you receive information you are better able to retain it.. . • Through our partnership with the United Way of Cass/Clay at TNT we are able to provide education based learning model coupled with physical activity in every Head Start/ SENDCAA site in Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Dilworth, 37 classes of children . . • With the help of the Dakota Medical Foundation, at TNT we implemented a mobile fitness pilot program to serve children in childcare homes and centers. At 8 different sights we serve over 220 children. . . • Special needs programs from19 schools in the FM area and Barnsville utilize our gym throughout the week.. . • 20,000 sq ft facility . . • Play-Move-Learn – Physical activity is a path to greater health and better learning.
