Detailed description is Our passion is everything Govt. In our Govt HQ's you will find us working our magic, quoting, bidding and loading Products on our GSA Schedule. In our Gov. HQ's you will find Shelly Sorrells (Gov. Sales Manager) and her partner in crime Michelle Szyjka (Gov. Admin. Asst) working diligently to not only get all of the quotes and bids out on time, but processing all of our GSA orders as well.. . T&L has been in business since 1945 where we initially focused on construction contract bid work and local bidding. Since then we worked our way into fabrication and design builds as well and then moved into government projects and bidding replacement equipment and bidding new project equipment. . . We really revved things up at the end of 2012 when we were approved for our GSA Schedule and in 2013 when we hired Shelly Sorrells. Since that wise hiring decision, we've combined the government bidding side of the house and our Government e-Commerce/GSA Schedule into one department and let her loose and the rest is history. . . First and foremost, Gov HQ's has the best Customers ever. Everyday we get to come to work and speak with amazing people who dedicate their lives to some form of service in some type of Government Entity. Not only that, but a good portion of said Customers have served or are currently serving in the Military, as Police, as Firefighters and so on and because of what they do, it allows Team Gov to do what we do best. . . "My goal everyday is to show everyone who needs help, how important they are and let them know they are my priority. She does all of our Govt Quoting, Bidding, GSA planning, submissions, as well as our DOD eMall Submissions. Her job is fast paced, quick thinking, reacting and time critical. She wears several hats. She's addicted and obsessed and takes pride in all she does.. . Michelle has come to us with over 25 years of office management, administration, accounting, collections and customer service experience. She handles all of the data input, tracking, order processing, and GSA info. gathering. She is a pro at handling any issue that arises and is ready for any challenge that comes her way.. . In a nutshell Team Gov is here to Serve, Educate, Mentor, Monitor, Respond and Prevent issues from arising for their Customers, Reps, Factories and Manufacturers. . . Team Gov isn't your typical Gov. Sales Department. They have big picture planning and daily operational management. Shelly isn't the manager who just wants to sell. She is the manager who wants to exceed expectations, plan, ideate and lead. Michelle isn't just the assistant who watches the clock and pushes papers.
