Located on the top floor of an 8 unit building with parking underneath, this newly remodeled condo offers 2 brand new beds (Queen and Full - pillowtop mattresses) in the bedroom with a Queen sleeper fold out in the living room (sleeps 4 comfortably with sheets provided). We have installed two 47" wall-mounted Smart TVs (cable and wi-fi provided), and remodeled the kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops, and a New Breakfast Bar. In addition to the two wall unit air conditioners, we have also installed 2 brand new Ceiling Fans in the Bedroom and Living Room, and a completely remodeled the Bathroom. This unit has High End Touches Throughout - WITH an Incredible ocean view. What more could you ask for in a vacation rental? . . A Little Lagniappe.... This 1BR, 1BA condo is located at 11 91st Street right next to the Princess Royale Hotel and 20 steps to the sand. The owners have meticulously designed and decorated each and every inch of this beach condo with your comfort in mind. No need to pack sheets as all bed linens are provided - just bring your toiletries, bathing suit, towels and beach chairs and enjoy a week of rest and relaxation! Sit on the couch and stare at the waves crashing on the sand or sit out on the balcony and feel the sun and ocean breezes on your skin while enjoying the ocean view. This unit's storage closet is the closest one to the sand and there is an outdoor shower area, so no need to haul sandy toys up and down the two flights of stairs.. . Location, Location, Location.... The Princess Royale Hotel directly across the street offers many amenities including Cafe on the Green, a unique outdoor cafe, surrounded by plush green grass, palm trees and waves splashing on the beach, as well as The Food Court, offering a quick bite featuring grilled hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken breast sandwiches, warm soft pretzels, assorted chips, lemonade and soft drinks, both on the beach and available July - August. They also show Movies on the Beach on Thursday nights at 8:30 p.m. from July - August. If you enjoy a night at the casino, catch the bus right in front of the hotel for a brief ride to Ocean Downs Casino (pick-up and drop-off schedule available at the hotel). We are also within walking distance to many restaurants, one of our favorites is Liquid Assets, just across Coastal Highway in the 94th Street Plaza. It's a bar, plopped down in the middle of a liquor store, with a beautiful restaurant on the side, truly a unique experience and one of the finest, upscale, rising stars in Ocean City. From incredible cheese and meat plates coupled with just the right wine pairing to a 5 star meal, Liquid Assets offers something for everyone.
