Detailed description is Three Rivers is a combination Short-term Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility located in Bertie County, North Carolina. Three Rivers offers 14 private short-term rehabilitation unit with a full range of physical, occupational and speech therapies including state-of-the-art Sci-Fit therapy equipment. Rooms offer private bathrooms/showers, refrigerators, flat-screen TV's and wi-fi. We provide therapy in our 2500 square foot therapy gym offering modalities found nowhere else in Eastern NC. Private dining and community areas offer comfortable areas to visit with family and friends when not involved in therapy. Our Skilled Nursing unit offers 18 private rooms as well as semi-private rooms for extended and long-term stays.
