Our shows regularly feature Equity actors and top-tier directors and designers who have worked on Broadway, as well as the most prestigious Chicago and regional theatres.

TATC’s Theatre for Young Audiences presents four productions annually.
We provide a wide variety of presentations that appeal to children and families of all ages! While we recognize the value of children experiencing a field trip to a live theatre, the economy and rising transportation costs make it difficult for underserved schools to attend.
Our Outreach Series removes these obstacles by bringing educational theatre presentations to the schools.
Additionally, our new classes and workshops provide students of all ages with a positive environment to explore the world around them through theatre; to have fun with creative expression while building self-esteem; and to expand communication and creative problem solving skills.
Study guides based on education standards and web-site links are provided to teachers for instructional use before and after the performances.
TATC has placed an increased emphasis on these materials because they enhance the education of the students and the curriculum currently taught in the classrooms.
