After spending a short amount of time with Dr.

New patients are required to have an appointment.
Return patients are not required to have an appointment and may stop by for follow up visits anytime we are open.

Vincent's East location.
If you have already been seen at the St.
Vincent's East location then you will be considered a return patient at The Weight Clinic (Montclair Road).
We will need to have your medical records faxed over, so please call us beforehand to arrange this in order to avoid any unnecessary waiting once you get here.
You may also call the St.
Vincent's East location directly at 205-838-3740 and request that they fax your records to Montclair Road.
