Detailed description is The Tot Spot is an outdoor playground geared for children under five years of age in Great Bend, Kansas. Coming in 2015 thanks to BCYP & Rotary Club! The Barton County Young Professionals group and the Great Bend Rotary Club wanted to create a permanent impact on the communities in Central Kansas by funding and implementing a safe place for children under five years of age to stay active and healthy. The Tot Spot features musical elements to encourage intellectual and social development, as well as slides and a climbing wall to encourage physical activity and fitness. A solid rubber ground cover material and ramp will allow children in wheelchairs to access the ground level equipment, such as bongo drums and a xylophone panel.. . Donors Making it Possible:.
