Cancellation Policy: At The Strand Salon, we are aware that things happen.
However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you provide a 24-hour notice to cancel OR reschedule your appointment.
If you are unable to give your designer a 24 hour notice for TWO scheduled appointments, then all future appointments must be held with a credit card.
If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice for those future appointments, your credit card will be charged 50% of your service total..

Late Policy: We are committed to providing each guest the best one-on-one service available.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or time if one is available that day.
