Detailed description is This is a 2 bedroom condo located on a sound of the ocean in Hilton Head Island, SC. Will be a vacation rental in March of 2017 Welcome to our condo located on the Port Royal Sound on Hilton Head Island, SC! If you like to swim, fish, go clamming, or just lounge in the sun,,,it is just steps away from the front door! Our semi private beach, which was just recently renovated with tons of new sand, has waterfront grill area, a pier, and 2 swings to relax in and take in the view of the sound and ocean.**** PLEASE NOTE: Our beach is a semi private, very quiet beach without the roaring waves of a normal ocean beach. The water is a lot calmer, and there are no crowds. If you prefer that, there is a public beach approximately 3 miles up the road. ****. The spa grounds are made up of a lagoon and beautiful landscaping. Along the way, you will find 2 very clean and refreshing gated outdoor pools, and 3 tennis courts. Inside the main office building, there is also a very nice indoor pool along with a hot tub for those chilly days. . Right outside the security gate entrance, are the bike trails that take you all over the island, which is 60 miles long! Hilton Head is recognized as one of the top communities in the US and one of 21 to achieve the Gold Level Bicycle friendly community Award from the League of American Bicyclists. So leave the car parked and pedal! We even supply you with 4 adult bikes to use!. If the weather isn't cooperating out, and you want to stay in, our condo will meet your needs on a rainy day.
